IDTA EXAMS 2026 | Yasmin Amber School of Dance

Dear parent,

We are now preparing for our yearly IDTA exam session, this is for all Ballet, Tap and Modern students in:

MINI 2 & 3, Class 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5

Please find full details in the individual class pages and complete the form below if wanting to take part.

If your dancer would like to take part please complete the online reply form by:

GDPR:

In order to take an IDTA exam we must share your child’s full name, D.O.B and gender with the IDTA. Details of how the IDTA store your data following their Privacy Notice can be found on their website: www.idta.co.uk/privacy-notice/
For ease of giving out exam time slots- first name and surname initial if needed will be shared with parents only via email.
The exam options given to each class may vary if class attendance drops and/or the candidate is not ready closer to the exam date.
Exam fees are non refundable due to non attendance/sickness.
Set class uniform must be purchased before the examination.

Sunday 29th November - IDTA Exam Rehearsal (GRADED EXAMS- Class 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5)

Sunday 6th December - MINI 2 & 3, Class 1,

Class 2, Class 3, Class 4 Tap & Modern

Saturday 12th December - Class 4 Ballet, Class 5

EXAMS PLANNED FOR EACH CLASS

MINI 2 : Ballet & Tap Rosette exams

MINI 3 : Ballet & Tap Rosette exams

CLASS 1 : Preparatory Tap & 1D1 Freestyle Medal

CLASS 2 : Preparatory Modern & Primary Tap

CLASS 3 Teal : Primary Ballet

Class 4 : G1 Tap, Ballet, Modern

CLASS 5 Tuesday : students are aware of their level- Grade 2 Ballet (all), Grade 3 Tap (Lexi, Freya & Vivi)

CLASS 5 Thursday : Grade 4 Ballet
